St James Priory is a Catholic church with an interesting heritage stretching over almost 900 years.

The Church is open to all people from 10am until 5pm from Monday to Friday and on selected Saturdays. Please come along and discover for yourself the peaceful and healing qualities of this historic building.
There is daily Eucharistic Adoration.
Many people come in for quiet reflection away from the intensity of the City Centre rush. Others call in from the hospitals or to avail themselves of the tranqulity of this special haven.
It is not a parish church and is managed by the St James Priory Charity and we rely on donations from those who visit.
Holy Mass is celebrated every Sunday at 8am.
Anyone from all faiths and none are very welcome.
