ST JAMES PRIORY IS THE OLDEST BUILDING IN BRISTOL.

How to find us

We are right next to Bristol Bus Station on Whitson Street in the centre of Bristol.

By car:

At the St James Barton Roundabout take the exit to Clifton, BRI (Bristol Royal Infirmary). The Bus Station will be on your left and then the Magistrates Courts. Immediately after this building turn left into Earl Street and then left into Whitson Street. Go past the bus exit and a 3 storey stone building (St James House)  and  immediately turn left into St James Priory courtyard. There is limited parking but there are public carparks close by.

By train:

Bristol Temple Meads Train Station is about 20 minutes walk. Alternatively, catch one of the buses waiting outside to Bristol Bus Station.

By bus or coach:

Bristol Bus Station is the city’s main bus terminal, so most routes stop here. We are right next door via SANTIAGO’S CAFE.

On foot:

We’re within a half hour stroll of all of Bristol’s major attractions, including  Cabot Circus & Broadmead Shopping Centres, SS Great Britain, @ Bristol and the Bristol Museum. Access to the Church is via  WHITSON STREET   or  via  SANTIAGO’S cafe in CANNON STREET.
